This policy covers calendove.com and zingowl.com. ZingOwl, based in India, runs both sites. Calendove is an app ZingOwl is building. It is in development and not yet available. In this policy, "we" means ZingOwl.
This website
- The site sets no cookies.
- It has no analytics, ads, tracking pixels or social media embeds.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other websites.
- The demos on the home page run in your browser. Nothing you type in them is saved or sent anywhere.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type. We have not turned on Cloudflare's analytics, and we don't use these details to identify you.
If you join the early list or email us
We keep what you send us: your name, email address, studio name and your message. We use these details only to contact you about Calendove, for example to ask how you take bookings today or to invite you to try the app.
- We never sell your details.
- We don't share them with anyone, apart from the services that store them for us. These are the form service that runs the early list sign-up and our email provider.
- We don't add you to any other mailing list.
We keep your details while Calendove is in development, and after launch for as long as you want to hear about it.
Deleting your details
To have your details deleted, email support@calendove.com from the address you used, or tell us which address to look for. We'll delete your details from the early list and our email within 30 days, and reply to confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
When the Shopify app launches
Calendove will run inside Shopify stores. It will only access the store data it needs to run bookings:
- products, to set up classes and their dates
- inventory, to keep seat counts in step with the store
- orders, to know who booked which seat
- customer name and email, to list attendees and send class emails
Calendove will honour Shopify's data request and deletion webhooks. When a customer asks a store for a copy of their data, or asks for it to be deleted, Shopify sends the request to the app and Calendove will act on it. When a store uninstalls the app, Shopify asks the app to delete that store's data, and Calendove will delete it.
We will update this policy before launch with the full details of what the app stores and where.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
