These terms cover calendove.com and zingowl.com. ZingOwl, based in India, runs both sites. By using these sites, you agree to these terms. In these terms, "we" means ZingOwl.
Information only
These sites describe Calendove, a booking app for class and workshop studios on Shopify. Calendove is in development and not yet available. We don't sell anything on these sites, and nothing here is an offer to provide a service. Plans, features and prices may change before launch.
Designs and examples
The mockups, demos and screenshots are early designs, shown to illustrate the idea. The studio "Clayground Ceramics", its classes and every name in the examples are made up. The finished app may look and work differently.
Research and blog posts
Blog posts report public information, such as app reviews and pricing pages, as it was on the dates they give. That information may have changed since. Check current sources before you make a decision.
Content provided as is
We provide these sites and their content as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ZingOwl is not liable for any loss that comes from using these sites or relying on their content.
The text, designs and images on these sites belong to ZingOwl. You may quote them and link to them, with credit.

The app
Separate terms will cover the Calendove app. We will publish them before launch.
Governing law
The laws of India govern these terms. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
